Return & Refund Policy – Knits and Weaves

At Knits and Weaves, we take pride in delivering premium quality fabrics to our customers. Since all our fabrics are cut to order, we follow a strict return and refund policy as detailed below:

No Refunds or Returns After Order is Processed & Shipped

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been processed and shipped. All fabric orders are cut as per your specifications and therefore cannot be restocked.

Returns Only for Defective Products

We only accept returns in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product. In such cases, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

  • A complete video recording of the package being opened must be shared with us clearly showing the defect or damage.

  • The product must be returned to us in unused and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive the returned fabric and verify the defect, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will only be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.
