1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• As all fabrics are cut to order, additional time may be required during high-demand periods or for bulk orders.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service conditions or local disruptions.

3. Shipping Partners

• We work with reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, etc.  to ensure timely deliveries.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment status.

5. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control.
