  • All fabrics are cut to order and are custom-prepared based on your request.

  • We strive to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your screen’s display will be accurate.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept secure payments via trusted payment gateways. By providing your payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Knits and Weaves is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or external courier issues.

  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and order volume.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective products, provided we are notified within 24–48 hours of delivery and an unboxing video is submitted as proof.

  • Refunds for defective items will be processed only after we receive the item in its original condition.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Knits and Weaves and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, or use any material without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Knits and Weaves is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or products.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
